Marxuquera, also spelt Marchuchera, consists of a group of houses (or an urbanisation) in an attractive area approximatley 9Km inland from Gandia, on the southern Costa del Azahar coastline.
It is situated in a relatively flat agricultural area growing citrus fruit, at 100m above sea level, surrounded by hills rising to 400m. These hills help to create a pleasant microclimate here.
