The village of La Marina is located 1km inland from the Costa Blanca coastline, 20Km north of Torrevieja and just north of Guardamar del Segura. There is also an urbanisation named Urbinazacion La Marina, which is sometimes simply (and confusingly) refered to as La Marina.
You will find the amenities you would expect in a small town, including banks, shops, health centre, bars and restaurants providing cuisine from a variety of countries.
On the coast, you will find an excellent 2Km long sandy beach, axcessed via boardwalks which go through pine woods and cross the sand dunes. A small part of the coastline has houses built on the beach, which is quite narrow at this point.
