Situated just 6Km inland from the Southern Costa Blanca beaches of Guardamar del Segura, Ciudad Quesada is an urbanisation or group of urbanisations with it's own shopping centre, bars, banks, health centre, restaurants etc. This development used to be part of Rojales but is now recognised as a town in it's own right.
Quesada is within easy walking distance of the town of Rosales, on the river Segura and the 18 hole golf course at La Marquesa. The large salt water lake known as the Blue Lagoon is nearby, the salts from which are said to add healing qualitie to the air.
