The service provider (data processor) is hereby drawn to the Data Protection Requirements. The
SERVICE PROVIDER (www.spanish web.com) processes Personal Data on behalf of the
CLIENT (data controller) shall observe their obligations under the Data Protection.
Warranties of the Data Controller
The Data Controller warrants that the Personal Data has been collected and processed in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data
and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December which approves the regulation implementing
Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
Data processor requirements.
- Process Personal Data only in accordance with instructions from THE CLIENT.
- Process the Personal Data only to the extent, and in such manner, as is necessary for the provision of the Ordered Services or as is required by Law or any Regulatory Body;
- www.spanish-web.com warrants the implementation basic-level security measures, these measures are appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data which is to be protected (name, adress, e-mail addresses). These measures protect against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal data.
- Obtain prior written consent from THE CLIENT in order to transfer the Personal Data to any sub-contractors for the provision of the contract services.

Notify THE CLIENT (within two working days) if it receives:
- a) a request from a Data Subject to have access to that person's Personal Data; or
- b) a complaint or request relating to THE CLIENT obligations under the Data Protection Requirements;
- Providing THE CLIENT with full details of the complaint or request.
- Providing a Data Subject the rights of access, correction, blocking, suppression or deletion available to such an individual under the the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data.
- Complying with a data access request within the timescales Requirements.
- Providing THE CLIENT with any Personal Data it holds in relation to a Data subject.
- Comply with any changes in applicable laws.
- Not Process Personal Data outside the European Economic Area without the prior written consent of THE CLIENT and, where THE CLIENT consents to transfer, to comply with the obligations of the Data Controller under the title V International movement of data of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data and title VI international transfers of data Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December.
- The SERVICE PROVIDER , www.spanish-web.com, will allow its data processing facilities, procedures and documentation to be submitted for scrutiny by THE CLIENT or its auditors in order to check compliance with the terms of this Contract. Any unauthorised processing, use or disclosure of personal data by the SERVICE PROVIDER is strictly prohibited.
- The CLIENT shall be liable for and shall indemnify (and keep indemnified) the Data subject against each and every action, proceeding, liability, cost, claim, loss, expense and demands incurred by THE CLIENT which arise directly or in connection with the process data on behalf of the Data subject.
Termination
In the event of termination of this agreement, the The SERVICE PROVIDER , www.spanishweb.
com will stop publishing personal data and will delete all copies of the personal data
(photos, name, adress...) by methods of deleting data in such a way that the data becomes
unrecoverable by anyone.
I hereby consent the collection and use of the information as described above.
