The small village of Ojos lies approximately 25Km north west of the city of Murcia, in the picturesque Valle de Ricote, beside the River Segura, Murcia's main river.
This rural farming area, growing oranges and lemons in the fertile land close to the river (the name Ojós comes from the Arabic for orchards), is also known for it's Moorish history with the kasbah-like village of Abarán being just 9Km away.
