The town of Mazarrón lies 5Km inland from Puerto de Mazarrón (sometimes also simply referred to as Mazarrón) on the Costa Calida coastline, where you will find attractive golden sandy beaches and rocky coves.
Both Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón are well supplied with restuarants, cafe/bars, and shops. Puerto de Mazzarón is a quiet place in the winter but becomes quite lively in the summer. Mazarron is a busy working town, where you would feel to be well away from the tourist centre.
