Lying approximately 20Km inland from the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor, the village of La Tercia sits in what is principally an agricultural area though it is now a popular golfing area.
Apart from the local La Tercia Luxury Golf Resort, there are several other notable golfing facilities in the immediate area.
The village itself, though small, is large enough to have a small number of facilities including shops and bar/restaurants.
