Situated approximately 15 Km east of Ayamonte on the Costa de la Luz, Islantilla golf course is part of a large residential sports complex.
The course was designed by Enrique Canales and Luis Recasen in a parkland landscape, and built in 1991 in a 3 x nine hole format giving a wider choice of 18 holes and has hosted championship games in the past.
Facilities include a golf academy, covered driving range ,putting green, pitching green, practice bunker, restaurant, and 4 star hotel with swimming pools and spas.
