Costa Ballena Club de Golf was designed by Jose Mar?a Olaz?bal and built in 1995 on the Costa de la Luz half way between Rota and Chipiona, north of Cadiz.
The Championship 27 hole course is mainly flat and easy to walk, with some of the holes running beside the Atlantic links style. There is also a 9 hole par 3 course and floodlit driving range.
Facilities include a golf school, putting and pitching greens, bar, restuarant, gym, and conference facilities.
