The village of Cojayar lies in the central Alpujarras, 30Km east of Orgiva, and 20Km north of the Costa Tropical coastline (as the crow flies, much further by road).
Cojayar is accessed via a narrow road approximately 1Km long which winds down from the GR5202 to the village, and goes no further. The village itself has some very narrow streets and sits in a stunning location.
