The Europe Grand Prix 2008 is held at Valencia
This is to be a new street circuit and an agreement has been signed to hold the race here for the next 7 years.
The date for 2011 is the 26th June
Similar to the famous Monoco grand prix, part of the track will be beside the harbour, but unlike Monoco, the track, just over 4 Km in length, will be less twisty, have two long straights, and it is expected that there will be more chance for overtaking.
This was of course the location for the 2007 Americas cup, and much of the same infrastructure can be used.
