Villa Campo has an airy open-plan kitchen and living area with double doors opening onto a large upper tearrace overlooking the beautiful garden area. Stairs lead down to a spacious sunbathing area and small secluded private pool. There is a covered dining terrace with large table and chairs for dining ?al fresco? on those warm summer evenings and a comfortable seating area with cushions and drinks fridge, perfect for relaxing and reading after a dip in the pool. The villa has been renovated to a high standard and has a large wet room with shower upstairs and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower downstairs. The villa has Sky TV and CD player as well as washing machine, electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. There is a well equipped kitchen area with plastic crockery for the pool area and the living room has a wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings!. The village of El Campico has weekly deliveries of fresh bread, fish and frozen goods and lies 10 minutes drive from the sleepy towns of Bedar and Lubrin which have banks, supermarkets ,doctors and good eateries. The pretty white hilltown of Mojacar lies 1/2hr away above the attractive coast which has many beach bars and restaurants and plenty of shops. Villa Campo is perfect for those looking to escape the hussle and bussle of everyday life and the only thing to disturb your peace is that of the goat bells as they climb the hills in front of you.
