This modern holiday apartment has 1 double & 1 twin room, spacious lounge/diner with air-con, satellite TV, DVD/CD player & sliding glass door onto the terrace, fully fitted & fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave & fridge-freezer, utility room with washing machine & iron, and bathroom with shower. There's a good selection of books and DVDs. Smoking is restricted to the terrace.
Set in secure, walled gardens with large communal swimming pool, children's play pool (summer months only) and sunbeds, it's just 300 metres to the European Blue Flag beach & 200 metres to various shops, bars, cafes & supermarkets. Roquetas port, marina & yacht club (with some great seafood restaurants) are nearby. Roquetas has a 10 km beach with a flat promenade, ideal for strolling and suitable for families and the elderly. Watersports & sunbeds are available on the beach throughout the extended summer. A golf course, a municipal tennis centre & a popular water-park are all within a very short drive.
The Almeria coast is said to have more than 300 days of sunshine each year. Long lets during the winter months are available at lower prices.
The apartment is just a 30 minute drive from Almeria airport (with regular flights from Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Birmingham & Stansted). Private pickups can be arranged if required. A local managing agent is on hand to deal with any queries during your stay.
