Of the 2 courses 18 courses at Guadalmina Club de Golf, located between Marbella and Estapona, the older one (Guadalmina South) was designed by Javier Arana and Folco Nardi and built in 1959, while the north course also designed by Folco Nardi was built in 1973.

The south course is renowned for it's difficulty, making it more suitable for experienced players, while the north course is more hilly.
There is also a par 27 9 hole course.
