Alcaidesa Links golf course was designed by Peter Allis and Clive Clark, and built in 1992, on the Costa del Sol, half way between Sotogrande and Gibraltar. The course has been the venue for a number of professional tournaments.

This is the only links course in southern Spain and the most southerly in Europe. It does of course have excellent views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. There is also a new 18 hole heathland course a little further inland, opened in 2007.

The Links course is par 72, slope 124 to 127, with a length of 5,020 to 5,846m.
The Heathland course is par 72 with a length of 5272 to 6373m

Facilities include a driving range, practice bunker,restaurant

The course has 2x18 holes.
