The old pottery town of Sorbas, lies approximately 20Km inlind from Mojacar of Carboneras, on the Costa de Almeria coastline. Pottery is still made in the lower part of the town and you may see a potter at work. There are of course several shops where their work is available.
The town also has an interesting small museum in an old mill which doubled as both a grain mill and a woolen mill.
The attractive centre of the town has a number of bars and restaurants
