Aguadulce, between Almeria city and Roquetas de Mar, on the Costa de Almeria, has grown from a small fishing village to a sophisticated complex of hotels, apartments, restaurants and a sports marina without growing too big.
The wide, Blue Flag beach is over 2 Km long is a big feature, some watersports are available including scuba diving. A selection of golf courses are in the area and, in spite of being smaller than it's neighbour, Roquetas, there is some nightlife during the holiday season.
